Mindy Hobley is the founder of Ringletts Salons, a beauty industry expert, an entrepreneur mentor and women’s business counselor, who works not only behind the chair, but with beauty school graduates and women based small business, to launch careers and dreams. She is a one woman show and a fearless leader.

 

Mindy believes that the hair and beauty business isn’t about hair at all, but people. Growing up in a very close knit family, she sees value in successful communication and connection with people, while aiding them to attain a goal is the key to making dreams come true.

 

Mindy has been in the beauty industry for over 30 years and has seen revenues of over half million dollars, from her Ringletts Salons since 2017 began.

Her latest project completed has been a second location inside the Hilton Riverside of downtown New Orleans.

She is also collaborating with nine other women entrepreneurs, to publish a book of their individual entrepreneural  stories this winter.

 

She is a graduate of the very first Goldman Sachs, Ten Thousand Small Business Initiative in New Orleans. She founded Ringletts Salon in 2005, where it was named top 100 salons in America by Elle Magazine in 2015.

 

She has launched  PICK MY BRAIN consulting, which helps women business owners get a good start at launching their dreams.

She is also a Deva Curl brand certified curl coach and for the last 3 decades she has created careers through mentorships and education to many local hair stylists.
